Nick's Property Maintenance LLC has been working across Dutchess County since 2017. What started as a straightforward commitment to doing the work right has grown into a full-service property maintenance and landscaping company serving homeowners and property owners throughout LaGrangeville, Poughquag, Beekman, Pawling, Millbrook, Verbank, Patterson, Hopewell, Lagrange, and Holmes.

Nick built this company on one idea: property improvements should last. Too many crews cut corners on grading, skip proper drainage planning, or rush through a retaining wall without thinking about what happens two winters later. We don't work that way. Every job we take on gets the same attention, whether it's a small shrub planting or a full site prep and lawn installation.

Our services cover the full range of what a property needs to look good and function well. We handle landscaping, brush clearing, hardscapes and retaining walls, landscape lighting, shed pads, site prep, drainage solutions, light excavation, and grading. We also work with farms and rural properties, offering pasture cleanups and farm services that most landscaping companies won't touch. Tree plantings and lawn installation round out what we bring to the table.

Working in this part of New York means dealing with real terrain. The properties around LaGrangeville, Millbrook, and Pawling aren't flat suburban lots. They have slopes, wet spots, overgrown edges, and soil that doesn't always cooperate. We know how to read a property and plan work that holds up through the seasons.

We're available Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. That schedule exists because property owners have lives, and jobs don't always fit a narrow window. If you need a morning start or a Saturday walkthrough, we can make that work.
